An axis around which everything unfolds

The Godly Attribute of Godly Immobility: I perceive it through the distinction of what is ephemeral and changeable, compared to what is eternal and unchangeable. I had this perception before, even at the beginning of my yoga practice. Somewhere inside my being there was and still is a question that I have always considered essential: How can we find the source of what is always the same, unchanging, eternal, immobile in a constantly changing world?

In the meditation with the Godly Attribute of Godly Immobility I perceived this energy in the spiritual heart, the Supreme Self Atman as the never-changing and eternal center point. I stopped many times in the middle of the very intense actions of the day and I perceived it again and again.

A state of stability and centering that is difficult to put in words, but it can be experienced through contemplation. It is like an axis around which everything unfolds, connected to the Godly source of life.
