In today’s meditation I felt as if a drizzling shower was coming from above, soothing the heart and giving a lightness to the whole being. Shortly after this it was as if a sun was shining out from the middle of my being with a thousand golden rays, and it stayed like this for some time. After this my being was submerged into a ball of whiteish light...
And I feel almost overwhelmed by gratitude…
