The Godly Attribute of Godly Invulnerability
I would like to share how I felt in the meditation with the Godly Attribute of Godly Invulnerability, which I am still continuing to deepen and comprehend.
In the last few meditations I felt a sort of complete stillness. Everything around stopped, including time, only the music continued to run in the background. I felt as the present moment and eternity became one and the same. This state continued while I was practicing yoga, in the asanas. The only place which I can feel is "alive" during these moments is the heart.
