There was a standing ovation

I attended the morning's exemplification. I could feel myself starting to smile from the first moments. And then, like an avalanche I remembered many moments from my childhood when I was happy for no particular reason. And I was reliving that feeling. Music has been a huge help in that direction.

My inner child was powerfully activated and I understood how everyday petty worries and the so-called "grown-up" attitude take me away from the fluid and relaxed state of childhood. And I cried and relieved myself.

I felt and relived that state when I was completely present in the "here and now" in everything I did. Then the ending part was like a celebration of my awareness of that. There was a standing ovation.

Thank you very much! It's one of my favorite attributes.
