I felt as a child embraced with unconditional love

In the beginning I felt the awakening of the fundamental energy kundalini shakti, rising until sahasrara, where a grace-energy was bestowed upon me in waves. Then sahasrara was awakened and energized very intensely, and the energy form this level was continuously descending upon me again when the kundalini energy was rising back in sahasrara, in an uninterrupted cycle.

Through the grace-energy from sahasrara, I perceived the glorious androgynous- perfectly polarized and balanced half man/ half woman, represented by an aspect of Shiva - Ardhanarishvara. I then perceived my own yin (feminine) and yang (masculine) energies perfectly balanced in my being, which brought a state of ecstasy. The heart was very hot and a shining light was radiating from it,

Then kundalini energy rose in anahata chakra, the spiritual heart awakened and there I experienced a state of perfect balance, and the realization that this is a state from the Supreme Self Atman, which is in a perfect state of non-duality. It was a state of simplicity, naturalness and perfect balance.

The most intense state was that of feeling God the Father manifested both as powerful, almighty Godly Father but also as gentle, loving Cosmic Mother - Maha Shakti. Both these aspects were equally manifested. I felt as a child full of candor embraced with unconditional love. I thank God for the Grace He manifested in my being!
